The Neuro-Balance Therapy package currently includes a textured rubber “spike ball.” The merchant says it is used in a short routine before the broader program.

What the merchant claims

The sales transcript describes the ball as having “nerve-wakeup technology” and says its spikes stimulate an important nerve. That is the seller's wording and should not be confused with a clinical finding about the branded product.

What can reasonably be said

Feet provide sensory information during standing and walking, and balance involves multiple systems. But a textured ball touching the foot is not the same thing as evidence that a specific nerve was dormant or that stimulating it prevents a fall.

Safety

If you have neuropathy, reduced foot sensation, skin problems, recent injury, pain, diabetes-related foot concerns or significant instability, ask an appropriate health professional before using a foot device or starting new exercises.
