How Does Neuro-Balance Therapy Work?

Neuro-Balance Therapy combines an at-home exercise program with a spike ball. The merchant describes a brief ball routine as stimulating a nerve involved in foot and lower-leg response, then pairs that idea with a broader balance-training program.
The plausible part: practicing balance and strength
Balance can improve through practice, and government healthy-aging guidance includes specific balance activities. Strength, sensory input and movement all matter to stability.
The uncertain part: the branded mechanism
The sales material goes much further, describing a “sleeping” or “dead” nerve and implying the spike ball can reactivate it to prevent falls. We do not present that as established fact. Broad evidence about foot sensation or exercise does not automatically validate a branded mechanism.
A better way to evaluate the program
Ask whether the routine is safe for you, whether you are likely to follow it consistently, whether the exercises progress appropriately, and whether a clinician should first evaluate your symptoms. Those questions matter more than a dramatic mechanism story.
